Gym at Dementia Care Home in Liverpool.  Redholme Care Home encourage residents to do simple and gentle exercise sessions in the gym with reported benefits on health.  From www.techogym.com.  These gentle gym sessions are apparently having clear benefits on residents’ health – fewer falls, stronger bones and greater strength and stability.  See BBC Report Continued
