Here is our family agenda at the first complaint meetings with Adult Social care.  We had numerous questions to hold Adult Social Care account for and the care homes they sanctioned about the poor care received by Renee and the appalling way in which we were treated as a family.

We wanted to know acknowledgements, apologies, answers to what happened and why and what they were going to do to put it right and make it better for others.  This process spanned 18 months and 12 meetings.
