A catalogue of discharge errors from Broomfield which I put in writing to PALS and the second time when I reported them in person.
The sorry sorry sorry word is just not good enough when you hope to change things for other people (some hope). I would feel that PALS get a lot of the same things coming up time and again. I would like to know how they collate and channel these complaints through to the various departments, wards and do they monitor the what should then be \” good practice\”.
How do we know how they work and outcomes over a monitored period of time – in other words it would be nice to know that you have put something right.
